Our services are designed to introduce, enroll, support and navigate people through the process of enriching the culture in communities and shifting paradigms related to human engagement.

Restorative Justice Practices Training

Restorative Practices Integration involves a full assessment and restructuring of your community, workplace or academic institution engagement, systems and culture. Restorative pathways in mediation are becoming more prevalent and sought after to resolve conflict in work and academic spaces. Phoebe Smith is an insightful, experienced and highly recommended mediator who specializes in group dynamics, and conflict transformation in the workplace. Phoebe is a Certified Professional Mediator.

Mediation

We work in partnership and community with our clients. We provide coaching and direct services to organization leaders, administrators and team leaders. We meet individuals where they are and guide them toward outcomes that enrich the culture and the community.

In academic spaces we provide coaching and direct services during the implementation process of our integration plan. We work with staff, families and students in the following ways:
