Leadership Coaching Through the Lens of Restorative Practices
Restorative Practice training and integration in academic and organizational communities continues to be highly recommended and sought out. Identified needs and requests from community members requires people in leadership to seek out consultation support. I have discussed at length on my YouTube Channel that I am getting feedback that Restorative Practices do not work; that people have been trying to apply the strategies or tools and the facilitator does more harm than good; or no one responds to the Plug and Play method of this model. I was also published on LinkedIn discussing this feedback. I’m noticing a swing back in the direction of RP implementation because leaders have come to understand that in order for this community building/relationship centered/conflict transformation work to be effective, leaders have to get grounded and committed in the practices themselves. As a result requests for leadership coaching has increased exponentially. I am here to serve your needs! Scroll down to connect with me or click the coaching support button.
“You are the indispensable agent of change.
You should not be daunted by the magnitude of the task before you.
Your contribution can inspire others, embolden others who are timid,
to stand up for the truth in the midst of a welter of distortion, propaganda, and deceit;
to stand up for human rights where these are being violated with impunity;
to stand up for justice, freedom, and love where they are trampled underfoot by injustice, oppression, hatred, and harsh cruelty;
to stand up for human dignity and decency at times when these are in desperately short supply;
where people matter more than things, more than possessions; where human life is not just respected but positively revered.”
